Data controller and contact
AGDH SA, Chemin de la Gravière 6, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland, is the data controller for this website. For any question or request concerning your data: Write to us or +41 79 918 41 62.
Browsing and security
Displaying the website requires technical data to be processed, including your IP address, browser and requests sent to the server. The hosting provider may process technical logs to maintain service availability and security.
The website is published through Lovable and its infrastructure providers. You can find further information in its privacy policy and its list of subprocessors. These services may involve processing outside Switzerland.
Your enquiries and news subscriptions
Information you send us by email or telephone is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare an appointment and follow up on your project. It is accessible to the people and providers who need it for these purposes, to the extent necessary.
The contact form sends your name, email address, your phone number if provided, the type of project and your message. The “Stay informed” form sends only your email address. This information is emailed to hello@aurore-joaillerie.ch and is not stored in a website database. No automatic email is sent to you and no photographs are transmitted.
Sending relies on our hosting provider’s email service, which may keep technical delivery logs. Simple protection against automated and repeated submissions applies. A “Stay informed” request creates no automatic subscription: it is handled manually and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then in line with applicable legal obligations and the follow-up of any contractual relationship. An address sent for news is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Audience measurement, with your consent
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept it. It helps us understand the pages visited and the technical characteristics of visits. It may set cookies, including _ga, and process browsing data and technical identifiers.
We disable advertising personalisation features and Google signals in this integration. We do not intentionally send form content to Analytics. Do not include personal information in URLs.
Google is a separate provider and its processing may involve international transfers, particularly to the United States. See Google’s privacy policy.
Your privacy choice
You can accept or decline audience measurement and change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. This choice is stored in your browser for six months. Declining does not prevent you from browsing the website. Technical elements needed for the website to function and to remember your choice remain in use.
Links to other websites
Links to Instagram, the press and external websites do not load those services until you open them. Once opened, their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, and withdraw your consent. Some data may need to be retained to comply with a legal obligation. Verification of your identity may be required.
You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
