This antique platinum ring, set with diamonds and sapphires, was no longer worn. Its gemstones inspired a new ring, designed for today without losing sight of its origins.

Remodelling begins with examining the piece and a conversation. Design studies explore a new composition. Bench work then gives it form, with particular care for every detail. From the original piece to the finished jewel, the images follow this evolution: observing what is there, drawing a different form, then bringing it to life. The project connects the ring’s memories with a new way of wearing it.
